Qualifications:
Duties:
- Interact professionally in person, through email, and telephone communications with clients and industry professionals.
- Provide coaching and training to teammates.
- Responsibly document procedures, medications, and hospitalization instructions for multiple departments.
- Manage Oncology Department flow for multiple cases.
- Administer medications and treatments per DVM instruction, documenting all steps within PM software.
- Respond quickly and calmly to crises while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Maintain concise communication with team members to facilitate excellent patient care.
- Delegate tasks while providing safe anesthesia and sedation for various surgical and emergency procedures.
- Demonstrate patience and compassion to pets, clients, and team members, regardless of the situation or challenges presented.
